Mix honey, ginger, salt & mustard, use to coat both sides of the chicken breasts and leave to stand for 1 hour.

Place the remaining ingredients, except cornflower and water, in a large wide-based frying pan, stir to mix, then bring to the boil, and place the chicken breast on top.

Reduce heat immediately, then cover and simmer gently for about 15 minutes or until chicken is just cooked and vegetables have softened.

Remove chicken to a heated platter and thicken sauce with slaked cornflower.
- 5
Pour sauce ove chicken and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds
