Ingredients

  • 1 cupcashews (soaked in water for 2 hrs)
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 2 tspfresh herbs (mixture of parsley & basil)
  • Olive oil to dilute
  • to tasteSalt & pepper
  • Very little water to dilute

Steps

  1. 1

    In a blender mix all the ingredients & give a good whisk,,can stock in freeze for 2 days. Best goes with sweet roasted potatoes, dry appetizers (seekh kababs or sausages with pita bread)
