Ingredients

1 cupcashews (soaked in water for 2 hrs)
2 clovesgarlic
2 tspfresh herbs (mixture of parsley & basil)
Olive oil to dilute
to tasteSalt & pepper
Very little water to dilute

In a blender mix all the ingredients & give a good whisk,,can stock in freeze for 2 days. Best goes with sweet roasted potatoes, dry appetizers (seekh kababs or sausages with pita bread)
