Amla ki meethi chutney
Steps

Wash and grate gooseberry / amla.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add amla / gooseberry and saute for two to three mins.

Now add sugar and mix well.

Let them simmer amla / gooseberry in sugar being caramlised add roasted cumin seeds powder and garam masala powder

Cook well till it gets thick.

Serve chilled.
