  • 1 packetTennis biscuits
  • 250 gbutter, melted
  • 1 packCheese cake mixer
  • 1 packetLemon jelly
  • 1Lemon, zested

    Crush biscuits and then add melted butter. Mix until combined

  2. 2

    Mix cheesecake with full cream and lemon zest

  3. 3

    Jelly with hot water, as per packet instructions

  4. 4

    First layer biscuits,Second layer cheesecake mixture last layer jelly and freezer for 30 minutes

  5. 5

    Enjoy my cheesecake dessert
