Ingredients

4-5 servings
  • 1 cupSesame seeds
  • clovesGarlic. 4
  • 2 tbspOlive oil
  • 1 tbspLemon juice
  • 1 cupLukewarm water
  • 1 pinchCummin pdr
  • to tasteSalt
  • Basil leaves-4
  • Sugar1 /2tsp

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast til seeds till they get brown. Blend them in a grinder

  2. 2

    Add water and olive oil little at a time. It takes time.

  3. 3

    The mixture will thicken. Add garlic paste.

  4. 4

    Add lemon juice and salt.

  5. 5

    Mix in cummin pdr and paste of basil leaves.

  6. 6

    If you want runny consistency add some more water. Grind well.

  7. 7

    Add sugar also.Serve as a dip,sauce or as a spread
