3tomatoes
200 mlmilk
40 mlcooking oil

Wash and chop managu leaves then add 1/2cup water
2

Boil for 10-15minutes then drain all water
3

Place chopped onions in and stir.

Add tomatoes as you stir
5

After 3minutes add managu and stir
6

Add salt and milk then cover for a few minutes then serve with ugali
