Chop potatoes into 1/4 pieces.

Add potatoes and oil and cook on high for 8 minutes or until lightly brown.

Turn heat to low add all the ingredients except for the green onions.

Mix everything together, cover then cook on low for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5
Check potatoes with a fork, it should go into them like butter. If its done remove from heat add green onions and toss it all together.
