  1. 150 gramsMushrooms
  2. 250 gramsGammon Steak, cubed
  3. 350 gramsCooked Chicken, chopped
  4. 250 mlChicken Stock
  5. 4 tbspSingle Cream
  6. 250 gramsPuff Pastry
  7. 50 gramsButter
  8. 25 gramsFlour
  9. 1 eachEgg, beaten

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oven to Gas Mark 6.

  2. 2

    Heat half the butter in a frying pan and cook the mushrooms and gammon for 5 minutes, put to one side for later.

    In the same pan melt remaining butter, add flour and cook for 1 minute.

  4. 4

    Add stock, whisk until smooth, add cream.

  5. 5

    Add chicken, mushrooms and gammon to sauce, mix and pour in to shallow pie dish(es).

  6. 6

    Roll out pre-prepared pastry, use to top pie dish(es), bush with beaten egg and cook for 25 minutes.
