  • 2 cupsmaize meal
  • 3 cupswater
  • 2table spoons of oil

Steps

45minutes
  1. 1

    Boil water in a pot in a bowl pour cold water add half a cup maize meal stir

  2. 2

    Pour in boiled water add oil

  3. 3

    After cooked add maize meal mash until soft

  4. 4

    Steam for 10-15minutes in a medium heat

  5. 5

    Serve with braaied meat enjoy
