  • 1 canrosarita refried beans zesty salsl
  • 1 canel paso enchilada sauce
  • 8 ozshredded mexican cheese
  • 1white corn tortilas 소프트한거
  • 1 packages닭고기
  • 1소금,후추,시즈닝,엔칠라다 시즈닝

Steps

  1. 1

    팬에 기름 두르고 마늘향 내다가 닭고기썬거 볶는다

  2. 2

    익은 치킨 한켠에 두고 또띠아 살짝 굽는다. 생략해도 됨

  3. 3

    리프라이드빈 집락에 넣어 크림식으로 짤 준비

  4. 4

    김말이하듯 또띠아위에 치킨,빈 쭈욱 짜넣고 치즈 넣어 김밥말듯이 만다

  5. 5

    오븐 용기에 가지런히 담고 엔칠라다 소스를 위에 뿌린다.

  6. 6

    남은 치츠를 위에 더 얹고 350도 예열된 오븐에 20분 굽고 다시 3분정도 브로일에 구워 색을 낸다
