Ingredients

  1. 1/4of big tuber yam
  2. 3 piecesplantain
  3. 2eggs
  4. 1/2 bottlegroundnut oil
  5. Salt,sugar n maggi

Steps

    Peel and slice the yam.I slice the yam round and cut straight. Marinate the yam with salt and sugar(1/2 table spoon) for like 20 mins.Heat the groundnut oil for 2mins. Then fry the yam in the oil with little water for like 10 mins..it will make yam the yam soft.your dundun is ready

  2. 2

    The plantain. I usually don't add any spice to my plantain as it is already sweet but if you like you can add salt.i just peel n cut and fry straight in less than 15mins my plantain is ready

  3. 3

    My egg is plain one. I just added a pinch of salt and little maggi.heat oil for 30 secs and pour in the egg mixture. When it cooked a little then I started rolling it.very sumptuous meal
