Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1/4 cupheavy whipping cream
  2. 2 cupschicken broth
  3. 1 cupbroccoli, chopped into bite size pieces
  4. 2 tbsp.butter
  5. 1/8 cupwhite onion
  6. 1/2 tsp.garlic
  7. 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  8. 2 slicescooked bacon, crumbled

Cooking Instructions

    Saute onion and garlic with butter

  2. 2

    Add broth and broccoli and cook until tender.

  3. 3

    Add salt, pepper and desired seasoning.

  4. 4

    Place cream cheese in small bowl and heat in microwave for 30seconds until soft.

  5. 5

    Stir heavy whipping cream and cream cheese into soup and bring to a boil.

  6. 6

    Turn off heat and stir in cheddar cheese. Top with bacon if desired.
