Ingredients

15 -20 minutes
  • 600 gpork ribs
  • 400 gpork rashers
  • 1 teaspooncayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoonspotjiekos spice mix
  • 1 teaspoonchilli flakes
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 2 tablespoonsmuscavado sugar
  • to tasteSmokey barbecue sauce

Steps

15 -20 minutes
  1. 1

    Add sugar, salt,olive oil,chilli flakes,spice mix and pepper to create a rub. Coat meat with the rub

  2. 2

    Add pork ribs and rashers to hot coals

    Braai for 15-20 minutes depending on heat

    Add smokey barbecue sauce to ribs and rashers 2 minutes before taking meat off the braai

  5. 5

    Serve hot.
