Chicken 1kg curd 250gms onion 300gms ginger 50gms garlic 10gms kasuri methi leaves 10gms approximately butter 1tsp kaju 10/12 Posto 50gms Kashmiri mirch 2tsp salt to taste.

Chicken 1kg curd 250gms onion 300gms ginger 50gms garlic 10gms kasuri methi leaves 10gms approximately butter 1tsp kaju 10/12 Posto 50gms Kashmiri mirch 2tsp salt to taste.

Marinate the chicken pieces in curd little ginger paste and little garlic paste. Marinate for 1hour.

Pour white oil in kadai give kasuri methi leaves wait till it starts becoming brown. Add sliced onion and fry over low heat till it becomes brownish but not black.

Add rest of ginger and garlic paste kashmiri mirch. Keep on frying. After 5min add the marinated chicken along with the curd. Let it be cooked. Turn over from time to time. Add salt to taste.

When it is done flavour comes out and the chicken is soft add the kaju paste and posto paste. Add little water to mix the pastes to the curry.

Put off the gas. Sprinkle kasuri methi over it. Add the butter. Kasuri chicken is ready to be served.
