Ingredients

50 gms Take fresh seasonal grated veggies and fry it in oil
200 gmsbrown rice
4 pcs garlic Cloves grinded
1 inchGrated Ginger
2 pcsCardamom grinded
pinchBlack pepper
as per tasteRock salt
1Bay leaves
1/2 cupFresh coriander
1 tspFresh grated turmeric

Fry vegis in oil and then add all the ingredients in an open pan and add 2glasses of water and cook for 15min on low flame
