  1. 5hake fish pieces
  2. Drizzle olive oil
  3. 10garlic cloves
  4. To tasteMixed herbs
  5. To tastepaprika
  6. 1each robot pepper
  7. To tastepepper
  8. To tastesalt
  9. Foil to cover foil

    Preparation is about 30 minutes

    In the foil then place fish, before placing the fish drizzle olive oil in the foil.

  3. 3

    Then place your hake, the season it with paprika, mixed herbs, peppers and garlic that is peeled and crushed again drizzle olive oil. Don't forget salt and pepper to taste

    Then cover the fish with foil then take it to the charcoals and start to braai it the hake fish will be cooked after 35 minutes the smell it's divine and it tastes delicious.

    It is best served with salads and potatoes, and other meats

Thank u for your contribution. I want to cook hake on the fire tonight. I think 35min on the fire is too long. It's normaly 3-6min per side. Depending on thickness. I also love cooking eland felt I need to share my experience as well. You'll be my first follow. Check this space. #newbybecomeboss.
