Steps

Pressure cook rajma with 4 cups water and salt till Cooked and soft.

Heat oil in a wok add cumin seeds when crackle add onion and saute it.

Now add ginger and garlic saute till turns in golden.

Add tomato puree, coriander,red chilli, turmeric and cook till the oil leaves the masala.

Add boiled rajma mix well...now add salt,garam masala and dry mango powder.cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes.

Serve hot with steamed rice......
