Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprajma(soaked overnight)
  2. 2finely chopped onions
  3. 3medium size tomatoes puree
  4. 1 inchginger finely chopped
  5. 5-6garlic cloves chopped
  6. 1 table spooncoriander powder
  7. 1 tea spooncumin seeds
  8. 1 tea spoonred chilli powder
  9. 1/2tea turmeric powder
  10. 1 tea spoongaram masala
  11. 1 tea spoondry mango powder
  12. To tastesalt
  13. as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Pressure cook rajma with 4 cups water and salt till Cooked and soft.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok add cumin seeds when crackle add onion and saute it.

  3. 3

    Now add ginger and garlic saute till turns in golden.

  4. 4

    Add tomato puree, coriander,red chilli, turmeric and cook till the oil leaves the masala.

  5. 5

    Add boiled rajma mix well...now add salt,garam masala and dry mango powder.cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with steamed rice......
