Ingredients

  1. 3-4large potatoes
  2. Water.
  3. Sharp knife/mandolin
  4. Salt
  5. Vinegar/chilli
  6. Frying oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes,then use a sharp knife or mandoline to slice them thinly

    Soak the sliced potatoes in water in order to remove excess starch for about 10-15min

  3. 3

    Drain water, then use a kitchen towel to drain excess water.. In order to become dry..

  4. 4

    Heat oil.. Then fry then in batches. Sprinkle salt, vinegar powder, or chillies...

  5. 5

    Serve
