Ingredients

1 1/2 cupsflour
1/2 tspsalt
1 TBSPsugar
pinchbaking powder (about 1/4 tsp)
1/2 cupoil
2 TBSPmilk

Steps

In a pie plate, sift dry ingredients together. Mix the 1/2 c oil and 2 TBSP milk together and then pour over dry ingredients.
Mix into dough with a fork (or hands) and press into pie plate. Good for pumpkin pie and cream pies.
