Steps

Firstly wash and boil the rice, in sufficient water,.

When they become soft..drain out the extra water from the rice..

On the other side make a chashni of gur by adding water to it,,.

Now sieve This chashni with a cotton cloth.

Heat A pan..put ghee in it.. Add dalchini,,cloves and cardamom Powder to it.

Now Add the steamed rice into it.

Add the chashni..

Stir it softly.. After 3-4 boils,, turn the flame off.. add half of the khoya into it.close it with lid for 15-20 minutes..

Garnish with walnuts and khoya..Serve Hot..You can eat them with yoghurt or malaai whatever you want
