Hindbeh with Oil and Onions

Steps

Pick through the dandelion greens, wash them, and chop them.

Boil them with 1 bowl of water.

Drain in a colander, rinse with cold water, and squeeze out the excess water.

In a pot, add vegetable oil, chop the onions, and add them to the pot.

Add the dandelion greens and spices, and sauté everything together.

Turn off the heat and enjoy!
