Clean the boneless chicken and cut into big pieces and boil it with ginger garlic paste and salt after boil cool and shread the chicken.

Cut carrot, capsicum and chillies into very small pieces and take a pan put 1 tbsp of butter and put all vegetables and fry for 5 min and then cool it.

Put butter in a pan and add 2 tbsp of maida and fry for few seconds and then put ginger garlic paste water which is left from the boil chicken and then mix it properly no lumps should form then add salt and pepper then last add a cup of milk mix it well and leave it to cool.

Then add veg to the shredded chicken then add white sauce and coriander then last add 200gms of grated cheese mix it well should look like this👉

Make Patti and dip it in the egg and last put it in the bread crums and fry it till golden.
