This is a perfect snack to have at tea time!!
Steps

First of all if you are running out of maize flour at home, take some maize poha or simple cornflakes and grind it into a fine flour.

Mix all the flours listed above, mix all the spices, methi and knead into a semi stiff dough.

Now roll a semi thin roti of this dough. With the help of a small round cutter or katori, cut into round shape
- 4
Fry the crisps untill nice golden colour. Sprinkle some chaat masala, red chilli powder on it.
Munchies are ready!!
