Ingredients

10 minutes
4 persons
  1. 1 big bowl wheat flour
  2. 1/2 bowlbajra flour
  3. 1/4 bowlmaize flour
  4. 1 bowlmethi (finely chopped)
  5. 1 tbspturmeric powder
  6. to tastesalt
  7. 1 pinchasafoetida(hing)
  8. 1/2 bowlyoghurt
  9. 3 tbspwhite seasame seeds
  10. 1 tbspblack pepper powder
  11. 1 small bowl oil
  12. as neededwater
  13. 1 tbspsugar
  14. 2 tbspgreen chilli paste
  15. 1 tbspgarlic-ginger paste
  16. 1 cupsooji
  17. 2 tbspcumin seeds(jeera)
  18. as neededchaat masala for sprinkling
  19. as neededred chilli powder for sprinkling

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    First of all if you are running out of maize flour at home, take some maize poha or simple cornflakes and grind it into a fine flour.

  2. 2

    Mix all the flours listed above, mix all the spices, methi and knead into a semi stiff dough.

  3. 3

    Now roll a semi thin roti of this dough. With the help of a small round cutter or katori, cut into round shape

  4. 4

    Fry the crisps untill nice golden colour. Sprinkle some chaat masala, red chilli powder on it.
    Munchies are ready!!
