Soak the smoked fish and stockfish in warm water with salt for at least 30minutes.

Rinse and debone both.cook it with salt,maggi cubes and onion for 10mins.

Soak the waterleaf with salt for few minutes,rinse off well with enough water.slice

Fry the waterleaf with palmoil for 5minutes with continuous stirring.

Pour in the parboiled fish,crayfish,fresh pepper,salt and maggi cubes.

Cook it for 4minutes.wash and slice the vegetables(ugu)and add it.

Stir very and the soup is ready.
