  2. 500 gramspork
  3. 200 gramsmushrooms
  4. 400 gramsgreen beans
  5. 2spring onions
  6. 2 tspchilli powder
  7. 2 tspgarlic granules/powder
  8. 1/4 cuplight soy sauce
  9. 1 tbspcaster sugar
  10. 2 tbspolive oil
  11. 100 gramscashews/shelled pisatachio nuts
  12. 2 tspchilli powder
  13. 2 tspgarlic granules/powder

30 mins
  1. 1

    roughly dice mushrooms, trim and cuts beans in half,roughly dice pork and onions

  2. 2

    combine chilli powder, garlic and soy sauce in a small bowl

  3. 3

    put half the oil into a wok and heat, when hot add pork and sugar and brown the meat.

  4. 4

    once browned, remove pork from wok and add the rest of the oil, when hot add mushrooms beans and onions and cook until beans and mushrooms are partly cooked.

  5. 5

    add pork, nuts and garlic mixture and simmer until cooked

  6. 6

    serve with pasta or steamed rice
