Steps

Boil some water in a kadhai & add methi & mutter.

Close the lid & cook for 10 mins.

Take another kadhai, pour some oil, add hing, jeera, chopped onions & give it a stir.

Add green chilli paste, ginger-garlic paste & sauté until it loses it's aroma.

Add all the dry masalas, add curd & sauté well so that all the masalas mix properly.

Strain the water from the first kadhai.

Add the methi & mutter to the second kadhai.

Add fresh cream & mix well.

Add salt as per your taste.

Add 1/2 glass of water.

Simmer for 5 mins.

Your methi mutter malai is ready to serve, garnish with some coriander leaves & setve hot with rice, roti, etc.
