Steps

Prepare and wash fish and cut it in sizable portions.

Marinade in maggi, salt and pepper and set aside

Prepare batter with the flour and water, not too thin or thick.

Dip the fish in the batter, break eggs in another bowl and whisk, place the batter fish inside the whisked egg and finally powder in flour
- 5
Heat up veg oil and once its very hot, fry until golden brown and serve
