Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 tbspsoy sauce
  • 3 tbsphoney
  • 1 cloveminced garlic
  • 1 lbfrog legs
  • 1salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tbspcornstarch
  • 1 tbspcanola oil
  • 1 tbspthinly sliced green onions

  1. 1

    mix first three ingredients, toss in frog legs and coat. marinated for 1 hour

  2. 2

    remove legs from marinade, save marinade for later. salt and pepper to taste and toss with cornstarch

  3. 3

    over medium high heat cook frog legs in canola oil for 4-5 mins on each side.

  4. 4

    meanwhile in a small sauce pan let marinade simmer for 2-3 mins or until it thickens slightly.

  5. 5

    top frog legs with cooked sauce and green onions, Enjoy
