2 largepitta breads
400 gramscan mixed beans, drained and rinsed
1avocado, sliced or chopped
4 largetomatoes, deseeded and chopped
1/2 bunchspring onions, sliced
1red chilli, chopped
400 gramscan tuna in water, drained
3 tbspFrench dressing

Toast the pitta breads. Once cool, tear into large pieces and set aside. Mix together the beans, avocado, tomatoes, spring onions and chilli. Flake the tuna on top of the salad, pour over the salad dressing. Mix gently and serve immediately. Serve with the
pitta pieces.
