2 cupsflour
2 tspbaking powder
2 tspbicarbonate of soda
2 tspground cinnamon
2 tbsgolden syrup
1 cupsugar
4eggs
1 cupoil
5 cupsgrated carrots

45 minutes

Beat sugar and eggs together until creamed

Add oil and golden syrup

Add all dry ingredients beat until all combined

Add carrots mix well and bake in a round baking tin for 45 minutes

When cool ice with cream icing
