Ingredients

  • 1 gallonApple Cider
  • 4 cupCane Sugar
  • 4 cupBrown Sugar
  • 15 cupWater
  • 1 eachOrange
  • 3 canConcentrate Apple Juice
  • 20 eachAllspice
  • 1 eachStar Anise
  • 8 eachCinnamon Sticks
  • 750 mlEverclear

Steps

    Need a LARGE pot to put all ingredients in

  2. 2

    Add Brown Sugar and Cane Sugar

  3. 3

    Add Water

  4. 4

    Add Heat

  5. 5

    Squeeze Orange by hand

  6. 6

    Add 3 cans of Concentrate Apple Juice

  7. 7

    Add 1 Gallon of Apple Cider

  8. 8

    Add 20 Allspice pods

  9. 9

    Add 1 Star Anise

  10. 10

    Add 8 Cinnamon Sticks

  11. 11

    Wait until it boils than let it simmer for 45 minutes

  12. 12

    After 30-35 minutes take out Cinnamon Sticks

  13. 13

    After 45-50 minutes is up take out Star Anise and Allspice

  14. 14

    Get to room temperature

  15. 15

    Add your bottle of Everclear

  16. 16

    Put drink into mason jars and ENJOY
