2 cupsrice washed and soaked and partially cooked
1 bunchBroccoli flortets separated and blanched
1/2 eachGreen red and yellow capsicums cut strips
2Carrots cut long and precooked
1Onion big cut long
Other veggies which can be added
1 cupCabbage baby corn beans spring onion asparagus etc
2tbspSoya sauce
Vinegar as per taste
Sriracha sauce
Ajino moto optional
Salt as per taste
2 tbspOil
3/4tspBlack pepper

Heat oil in wok

Saute onion when half done add broccoli and carrot

Mix rice, add bell peppers, veggies salt pepper soya sauce vinegar
