  1. 2 cupsrice washed and soaked and partially cooked
  2. 1 bunchBroccoli flortets separated and blanched
  3. 1/2 eachGreen red and yellow capsicums cut strips
  4. 2Carrots cut long and precooked
  5. 1Onion big cut long
  6. Other veggies which can be added
  7. 1 cupCabbage baby corn beans spring onion asparagus etc
  8. 2tbspSoya sauce
  9. Vinegar as per taste
  10. Sriracha sauce
  11. Ajino moto optional
  12. Salt as per taste
  13. 2 tbspOil
  14. 3/4tspBlack pepper

    Heat oil in wok

  2. 2

    Saute onion when half done add broccoli and carrot

  3. 3

    Mix rice, add bell peppers, veggies salt pepper soya sauce vinegar

  4. 4

    Mix thouroughly
