Pan ko garam karke usme cooking oil add karein, then oil garam hone ke baad usme cumin seeds add karke fry karein

Then usme ginger garlic paste dal kar 1-2 min cook karein.

Then usme chopped onion add karke thoda brown hone tak fry karein

Then usme usme turmeric, red chilli, coriander, cumin powder add karke achhe mix karna he. Mix ko 2- 3 min tak low flame me cook karein

Then usme tomato puree add karke 4-5 min cook karna hai. Aur salt add karna hai

Jaba masale ke upar oil Ana suru ho jaye tab rajma ko add karke achhe se mix karna hai.

Then gravy ke liye usme boiled rajma water Dal ke achhe se ubaal ane tak cook karein

Then usme garam Masala, butter add karke 1min cook karein.

Then usme coriander leave add karke mix karein. The your rajma Masala is ready
