Ingredients

  • 1 packagesbrownie mix (440 g)
  • 1/2 cupapplesauce
  • 3egg whites, divided
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • 1 packagesbrick cream cheese spread (250 g), softened
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/4 cupflour

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Mix brownie mix, applesauce, 2 egg whites and water until well blended. Pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayer with cooking spray.

  3. 3

    Beat cream cheese spread, sugar, flour and remaining egg white with mixer until well blended; spoon over brownie batter. Swirl gently with knife.

  4. 4

    Bake 28-30 mins. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out with fudgy crumbs. Do not over bake. Cool completely.
