  • 1 smallonion chopped
  • 1/4 tsppepper
  • 1/2 tspgarlic salt
  • 1 cancream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cupsour cream
  • 14 ounce can of mushrooms

    in medium skillet brown ground beef and onion drain excess fat

  2. 2

    stir in garlic salt soup pepper and mushroom

  3. 3

    simmer covered for 15 to 20 minutes

  4. 4

    stir in sour cream heat through but do not boil

  5. 5

    served over rice or noodles
