Very luxuriant, delicious and soft. Something you wanna try during these festive season.

Warm the milk to medium temperatures. This what you are going to use to activate the yeast. So it should not be too hot or too cold or else it won't be able to react.

Add yeast, warm milk and sugar and let it sit for 10 mins.

When you see bubbles like form in the mixture then you are good to go ahead. Combine all the ingredients together and knead the dough till smooth

Cover the dough with a plastic rap and leave it for 1 hour or more for the dough to rise and double in size.

Then rework the dough and shape in to desire shape. You can twist them as I did if you want.

Then grease your baking pan or use a parchment paper like I did. Then lay your roll on a pan and cover with a kitchen towel for another 45 mins or more to rise again

Then beat an egg and brush the rolls with it.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25mins
