Steps

Take oil in a wok when hot add ajwain,cloves,dalchini and add bajra flour and fry it till aroma comes.

Jaggery can be melted in hot water beforehand.

Add jaggery with water and continue stirring.

Cook for 10 min on slow fire.

Now add salt,ginger pdr,jeera pdr, elaichi pdr and dessicated coconut.

Cook for another 5 min.Consistency should be drinkable and flowing.

So if it is too thick you can add little more water at a time.

Serve hot in a bowl garnishing with almonds pieces.

Salt is optional. It enhances the taste.

Should be cooked thoroughly.
