It's a gujrati snack, I have maked it by frying and by baking.
Steps

Mix all the ingredients of dough and make smooth dough of kachodi.... And keep it aside for half an hour by cover it..

Crushed the peas of tuver.. Take a vessel.. Add oil jeera hing.. Add garlic ginger chilli.. And sesame seeds.. Saute it..

Now add crushed tuver in it and saute it for couple of minutes...

Add all spices in it.. Saute it for some time.. Now add lemon juice and sugar.. Mix it properly.. Let it cool

Now make a small ball from dough... Roll it.. Put some stuffing on it and fold it like a kachodi... Shape it press it by palm... Make all kachodi like this...

Now put it in hot oil.. Deep fry all kachodi on medium flame....

Kachodi are ready.... There are two types of kachodi... Some fried and some are baked in oven on 180 degree for 30 minutes....

Enjoy it with sauce and coriander chutney...
