Crush or chop the cabbage very fine.

Heat oil in pan.

Add onion, ginger and garlic, fry till red, filter and grind.

Add grinded paste in remaining oil, spices and tomato puree, saute till the paste starts leaving oil.

Add cabbage and peas, saute it, add 1 cup water and cover the pan, cook on low flame.

Serve warm with roti.
