Ingredients

  1. 1large cabbage
  2. 1 cuppea
  3. 3tbsp oil
  4. 2large onions, chopped
  5. 1tbspchopped ginger
  6. 8peeled garlic bud
  7. 1tbsp turmeric powder
  8. 1tbspchilli powder
  9. 1tbspcoriander powder
  10. 1tbsp chilli powder
  11. 1tbspcoriander powder
  12. 1 cuptomato puree
  13. 1 cuptomato puree
  14. 1tbspgaram masala
  15. 1tbspgaram masala
  16. to tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Crush or chop the cabbage very fine.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in pan.

  3. 3

    Add onion, ginger and garlic, fry till red, filter and grind.

  4. 4

    Add grinded paste in remaining oil, spices and tomato puree, saute till the paste starts leaving oil.

  5. 5

    Add cabbage and peas, saute it, add 1 cup water and cover the pan, cook on low flame.

  6. 6

    Serve warm with roti.
