  2. 1/2 cup- sugar
  3. 1 cupmilk
  4. 1/4 cup- cream
  5. 1/4 tsp choti elaichi
  6. 1/4 tsp- grated jaifal
  7. 1/4 cup-ghee
  8. as neededDry fruits - as per own choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Gajar ko kas ke cooker me whistle li.

  2. 2

    Fir kadai me dhudh Aur Malai ke sath pakaya.

  3. 3

    Dhudh shukhane ke Baad ghee add Kiya. Acche SE bhuna.

  4. 4

    Bhun Jane ke Baad sugar choti elaichi, Pisa jaifal add Kiya Aur bhuna.

  5. 5

    Last me apni pasand ke dry fruits daal ke garam garam serve Karein.
