Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/4coarsely chopped peas
  2. 1/4small pieces capsicum
  3. 1/4cottage cheese
  4. 1/4grated carrot
  5. 1/4grated cauliflower
  6. 1 cupboiled potatoes
  7. 1onion paste
  8. 1 tspgarlic ginger chilli paste
  9. 1 cupbread crumbs
  10. 1 tspchilli powder
  11. 1/2garam masala
  12. to tastesalt
  13. 2 tbspcornflour
  14. as neededcashews for decoration
  15. as neededoil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all the ingredients, except oil in a bowl, mix well

  2. 2

    Divide the mixture into 4 to 6 equal portion and give any shape whatever you want, i preffered round shape, apply cashew on top.

  3. 3

    Hot the non stick Pan, Drizzle some oil, put rolls on the pan, turn out cutlets after 5 mins.

    Remove, drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot with mayonnaise

  5. 5

    Note: You can add any seasonal or favourite vegetables
