Steps

Place tennis biscuit in rows at the bottom of your desired dish
Place caramel in a mixing bowl in a mixing bowl and pour over tennis biscuits
Then add vanilla custard
Then whisk cream in a separate bowl being careful not to over whip then add onto custard
Then add chocolate
Repeat layers until the dish is full sprinkling remaining chocolate on top
Serve with a dollop of cream or as desired
