Ingredients

4 to 6 servings
  1. 1 cupbeaten curd
  2. 1/2 cuppomegranate
  3. 1/2 cupapple pieces
  4. 1/2 cupcarrot pieces
  5. 1/2 cupsprouts
  6. 1/2 cupcapsicum pieces
  7. 1/2 cupcorn boiled
  8. 1/2 cupcucumber pieces
  9. 1/2 cuplettuce chopped (optional)
  10. 1/2 cupdiced pineapple
  11. 1/2 cupbeetroot pieces
  12. 1/2 cupchopped onions
  13. 1green chilli cut into small pieces
  14. 1/4 cuppeanuts roasted
  15. 1 tspsugar/ honey
  16. for your tastesalt
  17. 1/2 tsproasted cumin powder
  18. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  19. pinchblack pepper
  20. 1/2 tspchaat masala
  21. as needed coriander leaves chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a Deep bowl, take a beaten curd mix all the ingredients, except salt, mix well

  2. 2

    Set in a fridge for an hour, add salt and mix well, if it's thick add some water, mix well and serve

  3. 3
