1 cuprice flour
1/4 cupmaida
1/2 cupsugar
1 cupcoconut milk
1 tbsptil (sesame)
To tasteSalt
as needed Oil for frying

In a bowl take rice flour, maida salt sugar&make a batter with coconut milk. Add sesame &mix.The batter shd be like dosa batter.

Now heat oil, when hot place the mould in hot oil for few min.& place in a batter in such a way that only 80%of the mould shd dip in the batter.place the batter in oil, the mould will leave in few min. Turn & cook.

Everytime place the mould in hot oil and then in batter.In the same way make all cookies.
