Ingredients

  1. 500 gm small prawns
  2. 2 bunchgreen onion
  3. 2-3 tspcrushed garlic
  4. 2 tspcrushed ginger
  5. 7-8green chillies finely chopped
  6. 2 cupschopped coriander
  7. 2 tspmalvani masala
  8. 2 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  10. 1/2 cupaararoot powder
  11. 1/2 cupbarik rava
  12. 2-3 tsplemon juice
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean the prawns and set aside

  2. 2

    In a bowl add finely chopped (white Part and 1 cup green part) of green onion coriander garlic ginger all masalas green chillies aararoot powder and barik rava salt and one tsp oil. Mix well by hand

  3. 3

    Add prawns and mix well.

  4. 4

    Make a ball if mixture flat with your palms.

  5. 5

    Shallow fry the cutlets on medium flame from both sides.

  6. 6

    Serve with mint coriander dip and sauce.
