Ingredients

  • 500 gm small prawns
  • 2 bunchgreen onion
  • 2-3 tspcrushed garlic
  • 2 tspcrushed ginger
  • 7-8green chillies finely chopped
  • 2 cupschopped coriander
  • 2 tspmalvani masala
  • 2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  • 1/2 cupaararoot powder
  • 1/2 cupbarik rava
  • 2-3 tsplemon juice
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean the prawns and set aside

  2. 2

    In a bowl add finely chopped (white Part and 1 cup green part) of green onion coriander garlic ginger all masalas green chillies aararoot powder and barik rava salt and one tsp oil. Mix well by hand

  3. 3

    Add prawns and mix well.

  4. 4

    Make a ball if mixture flat with your palms.

  5. 5

    Shallow fry the cutlets on medium flame from both sides.

  6. 6

    Serve with mint coriander dip and sauce.
