This cake is baked with cooking oil and not margarine. It is soft and spongy. More so no need of an oven to bake.

This cake is baked with cooking oil and not margarine. It is soft and spongy. More so no need of an oven to bake.
Steps

Mix in a dish 1 cup full of sugar and 1 cup of cooking oil and stir until it is well mixed

Add the 4eggs into the mixture and keep staring.

When the mixture is thick enough add the 3 cups of flour and the backing powder.

Stir the mixture and mix well. If the mixture is thick Add milk little by little until it can pour from the spoon or cooking stick.

Add essence of your choice. In my case I don't use essence but chocolate. Separate the mixture into two dishes. In one mixture add the chocolate and mix well.

Use little margarine to grease your sufurias where you will pour your mixture.

Pour your mixture into the greased sufurias creating your art and Best design mine was in layers.

Place your thick pan/Sufuria on your heat source it can be Jiko or gas. On the pan/sufuria place 3 small stones. The stones will prevent the sufuria with the mixture getting in contact with direct heat.

Place your mixture on the 3 stones and cover it

When it has almost cooked, this is to say when the sweet aroma starts coming up put some hot charcoal on top. This will ensure the top is well cooked.
