slice 1 large carrot and half cucumber into thin strands using a potato peeler.Thinly slice red pepper,and yellow pepper.

Heat 1 tbsp of sunflower oil in non stick pan or wok then stir fry the Veg for 1 min.

remove the Veg from the heat and toss in the noodles,70 g sweet chilli dip,1 tbsp caster sugar and the juice and finely grated zest of lime.
