  2. 2eggs
  3. 4 tbspParmesan cheese
  4. 2 tspparsley
  5. taste
  6. 1salt and pepper

    bring broth to a boil, salt and pepper to taste

  2. 2

    beat eggs with cheese and parsley

  3. 3

    slowly pour egg mixture into soup and stir constantly 2-3 mins until eggs float to top and form tiny flakes

  4. 4

    serve immediately
